Brief History of this Temple

The temple was built in 1952 by one Narasimhaswami, a Salem-based ardent devotee of Shirdi Sai Baba. The money to build this temple is donated by one Chettiar, a merchant. This is the most trusted temple considered in India. The temple is the headquarters of the All India Sai Samaj. There is a beautiful statue of Moolavar deity Lord Shirdi Sai Baba exquisitely carved in White Marble Stone. The real-look-alike statue is seated on a throne with right leg resting on the left thigh and left-hand fingers holding the right heel as if in a leisurely manner.
